One day. Someone asked me. "Ankit, why can't most of the people do what they want to do". And I replied "Because they keep waiting for the perfect time to do that thing, forever". Yes, most of the people can't complete their very wish to do something because they keep waiting for the perfect time to do that thing. But the sad fact here is that, they keep waiting for the perfect time and the perfect time never come. Because their is no such time as perfect.
So why do most people wait for it?
Because they want to keep things as they are, subconsciously.
Why?
Because they want to be safe. Safe from any change. Yes, people are afraid of changes. They are afraid because when they embrace a change, they have step in what we call 'The Unknown'. And most people are just not a kind of risk taker.
So, that's the reason people keep on postponing the time to complete their wishes. But as they continue on the road of life. The time they postponed converts from hour to day, day to week, week to month, then years, then decades and then one day come when they rest in their deathbed with the regret that they couldn't complete their wish to do that something because they did the foolish mistake of waiting for the perfect time.
Just because everyone around is playing the waiting game doesn't mean it is the correct thing to do. And you know it, don't you. So don't just wait for the perfect moment because it won't ever come. Stop waiting and start living. Stop postponing your time for the future which may not even come. If you want to do something then go do it now. Beacuse the most perfect time is The Present. The most perfect time is now.
