7 benefits of having patience

Have patience. All things are difficult before they become easy
                                  - Saudi
When I was a kid, my mother used to tell me that I must have patience if I want to be successful in my life. It took me many years to fully understood what she meant. Patience is the ability to wait calmly for something to happen without complaining or giving up.
Patience is the one of the best qualities that a person can inherit . George Savile got it correct when he said "A man who is master of patience is master of everything else." Being patient has a lot of benefits in our life.
Here are the 7 core benefits that a person get by being patient :-
1. With patience come success -- Patience is necessary for success. It is so, because success doesn't come right away. It takes a lot of time and patience. A lot of people don't get success in their life just because they want immediate results and don't have the patience to wait for it. Too many people couldn't get success because they had everything needed for it except patience. Sir Issac Newton set up the best example by saying "Whatever I have done is due to patient thought."
2. It makes you a better decision maker -- When you become patient, you won't make any decision in a haste which will in turn make you a better decision maker. And everybody wants to follow the person who has the ability to make smart decisions rather than making decisions which will lead you nowhere. If you want to be a good leader than patience is a virtue that'll serve you well.
3. It makes you wiser -- Patient people know that their time is valuable. So before they make a move, they think. And as a calm mind gives you better and more answers to any problem. They make better choices in their life which leads to better results. And if you give some attention to the topic then aren't these the people we call as wise.
4. Being patient save you time -- Well, this point might seem weird to you and you won't be wrong at some places. But believe me when I say that being patient save you a lot of time. Lets take an example. You are a patient person who is stuck in the traffic. The person sitting in the car next to you is impatient. Having the quality of being patient you took the time to think and you decided to open your emails and read those inspirational message you received that morning. And while you read your inspirational posts and charged yourself for the day, that person besides you kept blowing horn and kicking his car for no reason at all. So, you very well utilized your time, didn't you. It can be the same for any other waiting place. You can also read book as a substitute.
5. It gives you a new insight on life -- When you become patient, you inherit a lot of other qualities as well. Like you become more calm, you make better choices, you become a better listener, etc. And all those qualities mix up in your mind to give you a whole new insight on life! Isn't that cool.
6. Being patient brings peace of mind -- That's for taken. If you have patience then you certainly have peace in your mind. If you've one of these qualities then it's not possible for you to not have the other one as well.
7. A patient person enjoys life much more than as impatient person -- Well, look at all those 6 points above. Patience gives you success, makes you a better leader and wiser person, saves your time, gives you a new insight on life, bring peace of mind. With all these things in your life you can't be anything but happy in your life :-)
